Help Instatlling Headlight Harness

I'm sorry for being a noob to cars but what do I connect the input sockets into, and where do I find the factory headlight? Here is a link that shows the harness I got. The part that says plug into factory headlight socket.

Thanks.

Well first, please explain what you are trying to do. I am not sure if you are swapping your headlights or just changing the bulbs or hooking up new wires to the car.

i understand that, but what part of the harness are you having trouble hooking up? and why are you installing a wiring harness? I have never heard of heavy duty wiring harnesses. Besides getting a little more power there, is there any use for them? The black parts of the wiring harness plug into the bulbs directly. They are a direct fit. The two red wires go to the battery, they black wires get screwed into a ground (somewhere on the chassis).

Those things go into the light directly. I hope this helps
