hahahaha...... i guess go for it.....
But leavin your bumper on and off is dangerous..... you might end up scrapin your fender like i did once.... almost mad me cry..
Also with fiberglass bumpers.... takin it on and off might make the fitment loose and you will get gaps in your bumper

i took my headlights off w/o removing the bumper hehe. i had no choice, i couldnt fit a jack under my car so i couldnt take out the 2 screws with a screwdriver. and i didnt have any pieces of wood to roll over either. all i did was take the plastic pins on the bottom on each side. then i took off the clips with the socket wrench. make sure the pins at the top are off, then pull away
i had a friend hold down the bumper so it wont keep coming back up. make sure you dont bend too far!! or else you'll break something, but from what ive seen. the thing the bumper's attached to seems pretty strong. but yea.. try at your own risk hehe

Seems difficult to remove headlights w/o taking off the bumper. But you dont necessarily need to take off the entire bumper. You can just remove the front so its kind of still attached. I did this while clearing my headlights realli not hard, a bit easier than taking the whole thing off. haha

I did it without taking the bumper off. It's not hard at all. As a matter of fact, I'd say it's easier because you don't have to deal with taking off and putting on the bumper. Just take the 4 plastic clips and the 2 screws in the fender well off then peel the bumper down.
You could just take out the clips on top and pull the bumper down...but might bend the underpart a little though. That's what I did when I cleared my lights for the first time...don't think I damaged anything...

you can't get to the bottom and side screws that hold the headlight bracket in place, unless you remove the front bumper ..... sorry pal. Your gonna have to do it the hard way.
ok about bumper removal... how many screws total are there, and where do they all go.
because i have two left over from clearing my headlights a while ago and i cant figure out where to put them. so far the bumper has not sagged at all and is not loose so they cant be that important, but just to make me feel better i want to put them in.
