Hi..
can anybody please post the best setting for apexi s-afc and ame cam gear?
but please dont tell me "search" because i did search and couldnt find anything about it.

There is no best setting, those are both items that need to be dyno tuned for the best results. Each car is different even if they were all 2001 civic lx's they would be just a little dirrerent and then it also depends on what other mods you have on you car.
