if u have the push button installed does that mean u have to push the button every time u want to start the car or can u just use the key if i wanted it installed the only thing i could see useful for it is leaving the car on outside to warm up while i sit in the house warm without worrying about it being stolen are there any other reasons why to have it?

yes you start the car with a button on your keyless remote, mostly used for cold days to warm up vehicle

You are talking about the wrong thing.

Push Button Start = Put key in ignition, turn it to the on position. Press the button and presto you are ready to cruise.

Now what you are talking about is.........

Remote Start =Press button on alarm remote. and engine starts up so that you can warm up the car.

I know it would take a wilebut what i want to do is this... put the push buton behind the stering wheel where the key goes now, and move the old one down on the floor where the trunk lock is now. The wireing wouldent be a problem because ive worked for an electrition for like 3 years. the only problem is i dont know if it would all fit, ill take it apart sometime and see. too lazy right now

just remember, for your car to work with a push button start, you still need to have your key in the ignition, due to the imobilizer.
they have supressors now but thats more money. On a side note, does anyone have a diy to rewire the fuel pump so it will bypass the imobilizer?
