here some pics that might help.
u dont really need to take off the bumper but it helps.
and u might want to consider getting a sedan radiator cover if you have a coupe...

coupe and sedan ones are different.
some people like er.. barkat (sp) fit the altezza on his coupe radiator cover no problem.. but I dont see how he did that with the big H spot in the way...
take a look at the pics in that other thread again... the sedan cover (on top) is a small piece while the coupe cover includes the H emblem area...

where did you get the sedan radiator cover? how much was it? why can't you just cut off the part with the H? from the pictures it looks like it is just an addon to the sedan cover. cutting it off shouldn't be that hard.

actually its a pretty huge piece... u can cut it, but u wont have a spot to mount the cover to... sorta.
u can do that if u want. u dont really need a cover.
u can get a cover at ur local dealer ship, hondawerx.com or hondaautomotiveparts.com

how much did the sedan radiator cover cost? do you think my honda dealership would let me exchange my coupe radiator cover for the sedan one?

Yea, you dont nesscessarily have to take the bumper off, I just pulled it back and used a really small screw driver to take of the grill...lol...this is how i cleared/painted my lights, installed my CAI and put the CF altezza grill in.

You can buy the radiator cover at the dealership for $15 or at Hondawerx but I think you should try to take the whole bumper off cause the screws holding the grill in are upside down and even if you did have a small screwdriver its just too hard to get to IMO

Question, I took my bumper off and I don't think it fit right back on. There's some rubber roam thing infront of the radiator, about halfway above the lower grill.. like the part where the line is and you see the grill, above halfway above that. is that ok? Is my car gonna blow up? or will it melt or somethin?

oooh. can u get a pic? dont really know what the heck you're talking about.
if u can't fit it on perfectly.. try again... make sure the botton isn't stuck... normally when I put it back on, I forget to check the bottom to see if the rubber mounting points are underneath the bumper.

er my description was really unclear... it appears as if there's a rubber block or foam block partially blocking half of the radiator in the lower grill.. i can't get a pic cause i have no digi cam or scanner .. do you think it's dangerous to drive with that on around?

oooh the foam fell off the mounting point (happens a lot when u put bumper back on)
and part of it is blocking the lower opening for the radiator huh?
besides looking funny.. it doesnt really hurt... it might block the radiator from some cooling but that depends on how much of the area its covering..
if anything u acn try to reach and push it up.

cant push it up?
might want to consider taking bumper off and fixing that then.. have some duct tape this time so it wont fly around when you put the bumper back on.
radiator needs some front air to cool properly... half is kinda a lot... i'm thinking air will get to it anyway..
if you're lazy, just drive around like this and keep a watch on the engine temperature gague.. if it higher than usual, then u should fix that problem.
