if they are stock bring it to honda and tell them to fix that ****.... otherwise, a hairdryer would work

If it is not much, garage your car and take the bulbs out so they can "breathe" overnight and it may evaporate itself.

actually you can take the light apart if you want. there is a DIY for it when clearing your headlights. or just take it to honda.

If theres moisture in your headlights, and you haven't messed with them, meaning you haven't cleared them, then you should get honda to fix them. You may get a new set if they are leaking, if that really matters. If you cleared them, then just remove the main H4 bulb from the back of the lights, and get a hair dryer and dry it out. The moisture should eventually evaporate. If they are cleared, you may want to re-check the seal where both halves connect.

you should check all your seals first and the next time your lights are on if everything is sealed up the heal from the bulbs will dry the headlights out just keep checking on them to make sure
Or like a few people said if they are stock and not tampered with just take them to HONDA
