High flow cat and emission test

i am from toronto, canada and we have emission test here for all cars over 3 years old. i am planning to get high flow cat for my car with aftermarket resonator and 2.25 inches mid pipe to go along with my mugen twin loops exhaust but my friend said if i put a high flow cat i might not pass the emission test. can someone give me some info on this.
thanks

I think those are replica mugen twin loops...

you might not pass emission, are you getting a real, working high flow cat? with actual catalytic inside??

if so, maybe. I duno if they may have visual inspection like they do here in the states.. and for here in the states, u can't replace ur cat. until a certain mile and only if its damaged...
