DIY: Blacked out headlights

Does anybody know if this has been made? or can you give me the steps for it please!?

youd have to pry apart your head lights and scrape away all the crome and paint it all black...i dont think it'd look that great on stock head lights. I got TYC projectors, they're not as bad as people say they are. They are dimmer than stock, but not by much.

I painted the housing on my headlights black, if thats what you are talking about. I just masked off the circle (parking light) and painted over the chome.
