Trim around window switches?

I did search but found nothing about this certain trim piece. How do I take it off? I'm wanting to paint it. It's the silver piece that has the window switches. Any info would be very helpful. Thanks.

Look in the DIY section under removing the door panel. It's just a screw and pull. Sorry I just looked again and the diy is for a manual window. There is a little flip up panel in the middle of the piece. use a screw driver and pry it up. remove that screw. now pull up on the front of the piece next to the window switch. It sould just come up. and your done.
