how much for a manual swap?

got a 01 civic ex auto, wondering how much does it cost to get a manual swap....kinda want a manual one now

with all the tranny problems and all, couldn't honda swap in a manual if your auto blew, it would probably be cheaper than replacing it with another auto. Maybe I'm wrong though. Finding a dealer that would do this is probably pretty hard too, especially if your car is under warranty.

Honda won't swap a manual tranny in a auto cuz theyre are other parts that have to be changed other than the tranny, a member tried it already 1028civic is looking into it I think hes gonna try and get it at a shop i think he said somewhere around 3gs?

doing a tranny swap in a friggin civic is just ludicrous.

If you wanted stick, why not get one at the outset?

it's cheaper, however when you sell it you lose out big time.

I swear i've seen this post like 1,000,000 times on this board......."I'm sick of my auto tranny, can i swap w/manual?"
