Stock Airbox.....
Any downside running on the stock airbox without the resonator?
I wanna do this temporarily until I pick up a K&N FIPK II.

Rep Power: 370 Well it's winter time here in Canada and it's FREEEEEEEZING cold so I know I won't be sucking up to much hot air. Other then that, how would I be losing HP/TQ?

Rep Power: 370 I guess what I really wanna know is if the stock resonator is some sort of tuned box that in some way enhances performance? Or is it just there to reduce engine noise?

2. The air entrance is by the battery w/ an extension tube.... that helps bring some cold air.

or extend the intake to behind the bumper just using a hose ?
it still loud right?? but does it reduce the HP/TQ ?? .
