help!!!!! guage question

i just installed my guages, and now the mph needle sticks on certain mph, how can i fix this....i have them double back taped, could i have screwed them up?

help please......fixing to go try them again, but this is the third time.......

edit: woohoo!!! 3rd times a charm! i screwed around with it, even took the needle off, got it all set back on like i wanted and with God's help, the thing is working perfect

some might not agree with me, but Praise the Lord, God is awesome

if they are the AC autotechnic guages you really dont need the tape, they click in with the upper face that goes over the gauges, i put tape on only the engine temp gauge piece, and that stuck, so i took it off and it worked, try it.
