head light short prob

I have the tyc headlights and for some strange reason the drivers side light has a short or somthing, when i turn the headlight on the drivers side projector goes dime and the high beam goes on as well....as well as the passenger side hibeam to..i thought it was the bulb so i went out and bought new h1's, that wasnt it so i took apart the head light to see if i was grounding out...nope!...well i took a test light to the factory plug and one of the wires from the factory plug has low voltage coming out of it (test light bearly lights up) the other two prongs are fine

i did notice one of the prongs that connects to the h1 projector beam (driver side )was kinda krispy looking and so was the outside metal of the light (brown dull color), but it was just the ruber clear covering that goes over the H1 prong and not the wiring. anyone have this problem befor...any input would help. I dont want to take it to honda they take for ever

by the way the bulbs i"m useing are regular over the counter wattage H1.

MangoEX should not be trusted
If you installed an Injen CAI, you got the ground to the headlights loose. FOR DAMN SURE, tighten them. (behind the bumper, that bunch of black wires)
