I think I do. Never done it before, but I've worked around that area and I know how everything is attached. Here goes...
1. Remove front bumper. See other DIY's for this.
2. Remove little black plastic pieces under the fender near the headlights.
3. Remove the black plastic wheel well liner.
4. Remove any and all bolts and screws attached to the fender.
- There are a couple from the headlights.
- There are a couple near the hood hinges.
- There are a couple under the car near the jack stand supports.
That's all I know. I think after that all you do is lift the damn thing out. Maybe you have to take out the headlights too, but I'm not sure? Better leave them in as a reference point so that you can align the new fenders to everything. Make sure you leave at least a 1/8" gap for the door to open and make sure everything else is flush. You may have to play with the fender positioning to get it perfect. You might even have to bend it here and there to get it to fit perfectly. Good luck.

I don't think there's any welding, but they spray rubberized undercoating on the lower part of the fender where it bolts up next to the part that the jack stands go on. Long and annoying run-on sentence. Sorry about that.
