Rear 6x9 install?
Okay I know there are lots of posts, and I am actually using this DIY to install my explods. But I cant figure out what number 4 is refering to. A lot of these DIY do not include much detail. And I dont know what they are talking about. Pillar rimpanels?????? Where the heck are the "piller rimpanels" I went to the dealership (30 minute drive) and they were absolutly no help. Does anyone know how to get this in?

I kno exactly how u feel mna. I went through this about 3 weeks ago and I was clueless also. Refer your questions to the proper forum FIRST.
THe Pic 4 is REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY BAD ANGLE.
It's so freakin easy its hilarious. I don't kno why he had to take an 'overview' of the trunk cuz it makes it look like the plastic tabs are anywhere.
They are accutally tabs that connect the plastic panel to the metal surface of the rear panel assembly.
This is wah you should do to find it easily:
Open the trunk and sit in it. Have a pillow in handy and lay it on the metal that is like a divider between the seats and the trunk. If you don't see this big metal bar then you havnt taken your seats off cuz the seats are connected by bolts ON this metal bar. So now lay on your trunk and have your head on the pillow (unless you dont wanna use a pillow but then it gets to hurt like hell cuz its metal) Have your feet dangeling if you are tall and you should see the 3 clip tabs divided evenly about 1 feet apart form each other from one end to the other. TO take em out you jus grab one end and pull down it should come off wit little force.
If you cant find it still, Im sorry.
But if DO PASS THIS LEVEL read the following:
Since you ar ein the trunk take off the harness for the 3rd brake light. (located middle of trunk)
Next take off each rear pillar, start from the corners, its much better and if you cant take em off use a knife and pry it (thas wha I did and it worked like a beauty!) (I pry everything off my car with a knife, cuz it doesnt scratch nuttin like a thick screw driver and it's really flexible!)
Next jus start peelin off the plastic panel away from the metal, jus keep pullin and pullin and pullin....and pull some more.
Once this is off pull it away enuff for you to have some room to work with the 6x9s.
THe bolts are 8mm's that you'll need to take off the 6x9s. I had to get a special wrench for one bolt cuz its all the way in the back where the rear window is, and a socket wrench will NOT FIT. I don't have wrenches only sockets so I had to pay a lot for a stupid wrench
Once all of this is off keep the bolts in a safe safe place! (I lost 2 and they are 3 bucks each at Honda)
Go from the bottom (inside the trunk) and cut the two wires that are powering and grounding the speakers. Cut so they have some slack, So basically cut closest to the speakers.
Now remove the speakers and install new ones if your trunk balancing bar is in the way Im sorry but I cant help much there. I jus pulled and yanked with my hammer untill it snapped off. Thas all I can tell you.
Now jus wire the new speakers with a wire connector and re-bolt it and put everything back!
GOOD LUCK!#@$

#4 is talking about the pillar covers above the rear deck. They just pop out with clips. You might get the deck out with only 1 pillar piece removed, but it's easier with both of them out. The tabs in Figure 4 just flop open and they're only purpose is to tie down the deck to the bodywork. I assume to limit some of the rattling.
I didn't take a lot of pictures, since I thought the instructions were simple enough to follow. I may add more pictures soon.
