02 Parking light wire....

02 Parking light wire....
According to D I Y, the parking light wire is red/yellow... I found the wire, and yes, it gets 12V when I turn on parking lights. However, is there a wire from the main steering column harness that has it? The red/yellow is not a part of it.

Rep Power: 0 The parking light wire is the blue wire on the switch (on the steering column) it is a negative system. The system is a negative system when you touch a ground to the blue wire the lights come on. If you have a positive output from an alarm (more than likely) you need a relay to reverse the polarity.
