Remove intake manifold?

Remove intake manifold?
How do I remove the intake manifold? And if I remember one of the members did a p&p job on his stock intake manifold. Want to do something like this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. And any throttle body mods you might know of. Thanks.

Don't know exactly how to remove the intake manifold, but it shouldn't be that tough. I think there's a thread about it floating around somewhere in the this Tech Stuff forum.
