you need either a deep socket for your socket wrench, or use a breaker bar on the wrench you have to give you the extra leverage to pop it off.

Any auto parts store; Pepboys, autozone, kragen, sears
Deep socket works best IMO

14MM.. deep socket..

you will need to modify the bracket for your driver side rear upper strut bar.

you can use anything that will fit over your wrench for a breaker bar...(ie. a pipe) just put it over the wrench and it makes it an extension, giving you more leverage. You wont strip the bolt if you use a 14mm socket/wrench...should fit perfectly.
Good luck.
FYI: i had to dremel out some of the metal to get mine to sit flat...Might want to check that before you install it.

Edit: I was talking about the metal on the floor of the trunk.

i used half drive craftsman whenI took mine off I dont knwo if I would recomend using a breaker bar. If there that tight which they should not be (35 ft lbs. is spec) than a breaker bar would be bad because you might just twist the bolt right off the strut that would be worse than rounding the nut out be carefrul you a GM's heat valve penetrate that is some incredible stuff when it comes to breaking bolts loose
