Fogging?
Fogging?
Lights fogging..is it a result of a tight seal or a loose seal... i'm not talking about leaks, as in water getting in, i'm talking about fogging headlights..
I've got my Projectors for 2-3 weeks now... beeen in snow and cold weather....i thought they would fog up since the inside temp is hot and the outside temp is cold.
my bulbs are loose so i'm pretty sure air is going in and out of my healights...
So this brings me to my Question is fogging the result of poor ventalation of the heat inside the headlights?
Because the inisde of the car foggs up quick because of teh tight sealing of our cabins

Mine fogged up once but I left the rubber boot or seal that goes around the bulbe and wiring harness and left the lights and went for a ride for about 20 minutes. When I got home I slipped the seal back on and it hasn't fogged up since. That was in june. It was dry and warm outside so that might have something to do with my situation.

Yeah, I have heard this about the projector lights as well as the Altezza tails...you have to seal them with silicone sealant before you put em in...just like clearing your headlights...
