Cam specs

Hey, i'm doing some research and i'd like to know our stock cam specs. Any input is greatly appreciated.

ive heard that our cam lift on a nonvtec engine, stock cams have a .410 lift, and an aftermarket cam say crane has a .490 lift, im sure its different for a vtec engine, because if you ever want to do a vtec swap onto a non vtec engine you have to change the cam, or the head for that matter, thats all
