headlight question.....

for some reason, only one of my H4 bulbs work right now when i turn on my headlights but when i flip on my high beams they both work? one bulb is a year old, the other is only a couple months old

i think u need new lights. I think theres 2 filaments in the H4's so your high beams and your normal lights are not on the same filament. Most likey the normal ligh is burnt out or something

mine did that and pretty soon the one that doesnt come on when highbeams is activated will blow. so go buy some new ones. and keep the old one as a spare.

actually that happened to me... and what happen was that a fuse blew for one of the headlights and all the rest of the headlights turned on.. including the high beam .. maybe its a safety feature so u dont have one blown light??
