H1 bulb into H3 slot?

Anyone know if a H1 bulb will go into a H3 slot and connect with the H3 connector properly for projector headlamps? If not, are there anyway to do it?

a H3 bulb will not work in place of an H1 bulb and vise versa. The H3 bulb also has a seperate wire for power attachment besides, just popping it into the mount. Depending upon which projectors you are looking at, will require differnt bulbs. I have the TYC's and they take H1's, not H3's. The OEM lights take H4's. Hope this helps.
