Just heard back from the dealer (RE: Sticky tranny)

I originally thought it was the bushings on the TSB. Turns out that it wasn't. The service manager drove it about 15 miles and said it was a bit stiff through all the gears, but not very bad. So they went under the hood and checked the linkage and the fluids and they found that the link between the pedal and the slave cylinder was a little out of alignment. They think the clutch may not have been disengaging all the way which was making it tough to shift the gears. The clutch was still fine as were all the other linkages and the fluid levels. I'm glad they found the problem. He took it back out and said it was much better. Props to Don Ayres Honda for finding and fixing it in less than 2 hours.

Intake was ON. They probably appreciated it... I think they would have had to pull the stock boxes off to get to the stuff (unless you can get in there from the underside also), but the CAI frees up so much room in the engine bay.

Yup, i had the same exact problem. It gets miss alingned when you take it out fot the CAI install.
Glad to hear that your dealer was so kind.
I ended up winning my warranty battle when i took my car in. My whole slave assembly was f*** up. but they hooked me up with alot more than a new assembly, new clutch, flywheel, etc (i don't know why, but i can't complain)

It's an Injen intake, no where near the tranny. They didn't give me any problems about it. The only thing that it bolts too is a harness on the side of the engine block. They said it looks like something wasn't tightened down when the car was built.
