alright, i snapped off 2 of my header bolts and i need to remove/replace them
heres what i need to know, when i open up the exhaust manifold i need to take out the bolts from the back but they are slightly welded in place... what is the best way to remove the bolts (to get through the welding i guess) ???

Call some different mechanic shops. They should have a specialize tool to remove it. Its a reverse drill bit that they use to drill into it and then they just use another nut to screw into it and there you go......
You could buy it yourself but those bits cost hundreds for a set.
sawzall, ie dewalt reciprocating saw with metal cutting blade. if they are just tack welded, you could probably knock them lose with a light tap with a hammer or something of that sort. thats how my father removed some tack welded bolts from our domestic project car i am helping him work on, he was a mechanic at one time, and was also a welding instructor where he used to work, not sure if i'd take that risk if you arent too sure about that though. you could always hire someone to do it for you too.
