i don't think you guys understand this poor gentlemen!
he wants to go fast for cheap. for cheap, its not really possible.
but...if you drop in a turbo, you'll be set.
and i don't know what you guys are talking about when you say you're better off buying a new car than getting a turbo (cuz of the money).
do the math! up here in canada...my LX sedan was 19100 with the 'sport' package thing. a turbo will come out to about 5000. the SiR (Si) starts at 26,500...its still cheaper to get a turbo! even if you factor in $1000 worth of extras and installation, you're still cheaper AND going faster than an SiR (Si).
so when people say "Save your money and buy a faster car"...I just laugh. you can go faster than these people if you spend your money wisely! and still not have spent as much money!

ok instead of awnsering everything but your question i'll be nice a give ya some advice.
injen race division CAI
AEM bypass valve (dont so jack s-h-i-t)
kamakize header
(your choice) cat-back exhaust
AEM pulleys
venom400
custom made intake manifold
50 shot of wet NOS (your choice)
take out all the seats except the drivers seat
buy some really light wheels
buy some really sticky tires
get some coilover
with coilovers you need the chamber kit
get a CF hood (what the hellll)
well screw the CF hood, get someone to make you a new CF body. just take off the old polyurethane one. (simple)
when the cam gears come out get them.
and when your done all that you may be runnin' 15's on a good day.

RSX Type S
Civics aren't made to go fast. By the time you get it to go fast, you might as well have bought another car that already can go that fast.
