I just got my exhaust done today with full custom 2.25" cat-back piping, and my exhaust smells like burnt toast! why is that?

thats happens anytime you get a new system or muffler....there is stuff inside your exhaust/piping that burns off

it wont last but a day or two, no worries

the stuff they put on new exhausts?? no, it's a new weld burning off radicals...it'll take between a week and a month to burn out the rest of the welding rods they used to weld up the new exhaust...plus the extra aluminized paint that was on the exhaust from the factory depending on how long and hard you drive the car.
