AEM CAI

i just installed my AEM Cold Air Intake and realized i forgot to put the aem supplied transmission mount bracket. it never got in the way so i didn't bother. do you think this will affect my car?

the brackets only purpose is to give you something to mount the lower tubeing onto, without it you might lose half your cai

put it on. it supports the lower half of the intake. all you need is another nut that will fit the bolt on the mount. leave the old one on and put the braket on top of it. then just put your new nut on top of that.

ok thanks a lot, im gonna put it on tonight. actually it doesn't rattle at high rpms, thats why i never paid attention to it. i just realized yesterday that something was missing and i found out it was the transmission bracket. thanks for your help
