I need LOTS of HELP!

OK--so lemme give you guys the run down and maybe someone (anyone, I am begging) can help me out a little bit. I have been working on my car with a couple friends of this site lately. We installed my whole system (subs, amps, HU) under body neons and intake. Now, here is where the problem is. Yesterday.....we put the intake in. Everything was fine....car started and drove like it should have. I drove it around for about 15 minutes and everything seemed OK. We started to finish the LCD screen and PS2 install and when we went to try it out....the car wouldn't start. Now, the lights came on, but nothing else electrical did. When I left and came back from work (about 7 hours later) the lights didnt work at all.

So, this morning..I went and had the battery tested. The guy told me it's fine, so we can rule that out. I went to my Honda dealer and they said that they can only help if they actually look at the car.....(which means I have to get it towed there!) They did say that I should check and see if the green key light comes on when I try to start the car (having something to do with the immobilizer) So I checked that, it doesn't come on. Could this be the only problem, or might there be more?

So now, there are a couple things that I can think of that I need to check. Someone said the bolts and pipes on the intake. Also, check for crossed ground or cut wires from the system and stuff. Does anyone else have any ideas? I am REALLY sorry for the long post, but I have no idea what the hell to do with my car. Any ideas are greatly appreciated!

IDQcivic should not be trusted
rule #1 ALWAYS disconnect negative battery cable before installing any kind of electrical stuff in your car especially car audio, no matter how careful you are, if you accidentally ground a positive wire you can totally fry something..... Its worth the 30 seconds it take to disconnect it just to be safe!

OK just to clear some things up....we did ALWAYS disconnect the neg. part of the battery. But, we just found something that might be causing the problems. There is a blown fuse that we must have some how over looked. Now the question is.....is my fuse gonna blow out again and what can I do to prevent the problem?

I would just replace the fuse and keep extras in the car in case it happens again. I wouldnt worry unless its happening often.

If the fuse is out, get some replacements, they are cheap, but i would suggest a higher power alternator and a red top battery to help power all your electrical stuff. That is alot of stuff. Sorry i didnt even think of the fuses before hand. Try the fuse, you might have blown one or two with all that power. Also make sure the intake is grounded correctly. Check the fuses and then try to see if the green key light comes on. If it still doesn't, it might be the immobilizer which then you have to take it to honda. Sorry steph
