I looked in past post. I didnt really answer my ? I want 2 know how 2 install a new E Brake. How do i ago about doing this. Im ordering the Type R one from Ebay and i was wondering if u guys now how 2 put it in. all info would help out alot.

i believe it just slides over the emergency brake thats in there right now, if not, then i have no clue (i know that was no help, but i believe it just slides over it)

hey i have that e brake handle... i popped off the top of the e brake with a flat head then i cut off the stock handle with a very sharp knife... then just slide in your new one... and your done... that's it... took me only 10 mins...

Type R e-brake? I'm guessing this is just cosmetic, but could someone post a link as to what it looks like?

Our E-Brake Handles are Fat, so if you find the E-Brake Cover not fitting, you gotta pop off that silver ring where the button is and cut off the rubbery part of the handle...not cut off the handle but just cut a line from the button to the back and try to peel it off or sumthing.. then slide the new cover on... i did this to my friends Integra
