DIY trim is a little rough?

Before you yell search, I did and yes I wet sanded it down again and added another coat but it is still not very smooth. I've seen pics of others who have done the same and it seems smooth on theirs'. Should I sand it one more time? I didn't clear coat it....looks tight though. It's amazing how some people are like..."You did that yourself? Wow." Like I built it from scratch and $hit.

Maybe I didn't look hard enough but do they sell the clear coat at Pep boys too? Is it Plasti-kote brand? And once you clear coat it...is it stuck like that? No more sanding and should you sand the clear coat?

TopFuel will become famous soon enough
after i got everything primered and painted i just used(yes pepboys sells it as the same size) clear coat by plastikote(clear cap) and then just put three layers. Over time my DIY interior has gotten a lil rougherjust cause of the dust its collected but i just have to clean it some time.
