I love it, but I wouldn't know what color to do with my silver car. I'll have to run over to the fabric store and check out what colors they have. Thanks for the DIY!

Seems like a big project. I would try it if I had more time, since the stock covers are already starting to bubble.

YOU ARE FREAK'N KIDDING ME!!!!!!!!!!...you just detached your panels...URGGGGGG!.....so I'll officially claim this as my DIY...ALLMAN's DIY...and the hardest I've done yet.....I absolutley love this mod......as well as I've caught the "MOD BUG" again so you guys "BETTER WATCH OUT"...I'm on the rampage..LOL...........so has anyone tried this yet but me?????
YOUR DIY!!!!! Well I guess it is since Turtle did this first to a Sedan, and this is the first I remember on the coupe. Looks awesome though. I actually bought the material to do mine about 6 months ago but just haven't gotten around to it. I guess that's what I get for being lazy. It's good to hear that you have the DIY bug again. Now get busy and figure out some more **** for me to do cheap! I will probably do this soon, car's going in the shop so I might as well take the door panels out for them

What kind of material would you use for this and where would you find it?

Absolutely anything you want. You could go to Wal-Mart and get some leopard print if you wanted to. Then just put a small foam backing behind it so it didn't look like cheap wal-mart fabric. Most people use Vinyl or leather but I've got some red jersey knit material that I'm using. I'm also trying something I saw on a tv show where I will put foam behind it into some kind of design so it's 3D.
