Rep Power: 0 well for one, when you lower your car or mod your suspension, you should expect this. The reason your rear is so bouncey is because there is no weight back there like the front whihc has the weight of the engine.

Rep Power: 393 couple reasons for badd ride:
1) you got sleeved coilovers
2) they're drop zone
3) you might have a blown strut or two or three or four
couple reasons for noise:
1) didn't trim bumpstop and your 'bottoming out'
2) installed it wrong
3) they are dropzone coilovers
oh and please post in the right forum next time.

Rep Power: 0 Get new dampers like you are suppose to when you drop your car. I did not get new dampers when I got my Eibach b/c 1. There were no aftermarket dampers and 2. I am getting full coils. You get what you paid for.
Does you car handle badly? Like your back end wants to slide out when you turn? The shop might have put the front coils in the back and vice versa.

Rep Power: 0 Don't worry. That is normal. When you drop a car you will end up blowing out your shocks. When your shocks go out your car will bounce on every bump. My car was like that when I put my Ground Control on. I had to buy Konis adjustable shocks. It will get rid of a lot of bounce, but your car will never ride like it did when you first bought it. Some people might tell you to just buy springs instead but your car will still bounce. NO matter what you do it will bounce. Just buy some Konis and your ride will be a lot better. Trust me I know. It happened to me.

Rep Power: 0 and i do have a heavy *** system in the trunk i thought that more weight would compress the spring and shock even more and it will the strut will hit even more and when i push the back of the car down it isnt stiff at all should it be stiff oh ya and when i got it back from the shop i just noticed today before i lifted it a bit i could actually jiggle the spring up and down about an inch and will the local speed shop trim the bump stop for me thanks again

I like the 512s. They are a big improvement over the 502s. The tire has the European bubble look to it than the boxy tire look. Helps when you are cornering fast and the tire is not balancing on the box corner but to more of a routed edge. The Bridgestone Pole SO-3s are the same way.
