Trying to install windshield wiper LED's...NEED HELP!!

It says to connect the wiper electrical cords to the parking lamp. How do I know what wires these are on a 2k2 Civic EX Coupe? Im totally stupid when it comes to wires and wiring so any help that is pretty basic would be appreciated. Also, it gives you a little on / off switch for them. What do I connect to the back of this little switch? Thanks!!

Hey I probally could help you out on wiring but i have no clue what product you have. I wired mine to the battery and put a switch in so i would not kill the battery. never heard of ones that you have to wire them into the parking lamps. Can you take a Pic of them and post it so i get a better idea of what you have?

If you what to hook the LED's up to the parking lights do this

1. run the led wires down to where the parking light connects to the light housing
2. twist and pull out the parking light from the light housing
3. take the parking light wires out from the wire loom
4. strip back the plastic sheath from the red wire on the parking lights
5. connect the red wire from the leds to the exposed red parking light wire
6. Connect the black ground wire to any metal screw or nut
7. cover connection up with electrical tape, test to make sure they work and your done

By the way wiring them to the parking lights this way will turn the led lights on when the parking lights are turned on and unless their clear their probably illegal.
good luck!

hope you don't really have them on your hood but down on the lower bumper somewhere...they got played out 2 years ago be POS Cavaliers and every other JimmyRay with a domestic $hitbox...haha...put them on the bottom of your front bumper...

as for your question though, take everyone's advice and hook 'em to a switch, no worries with the 5-oh's...

Boy, certainly are a lot of HATERS in this thread . . . if you only looked in to say "RICER!!! RICER!!!", get a Ford Contour and GTFO . . .

Anyway, I'd hook them up to the parking lights as previously suggested, but put the switch in on the wire between the parking light and the LED (you know, the POWER wire ). That way, not only will they turn on when your lights are on, but you can turn them off when you see the po-po's. Hope that helps.
