what to use for drilling?

Hey guys, what tool am I suppose to use to drill holes in my bumper for lips? I have a bunch of drills at home - a normal power drill, a bosch hammer (used for drilling cement), and a right angle drill, also a sawzall and my dremel. I'm hoping the normal power drill will work...

Dremel... exactly... I installed my car alarm today and it came in perfect for drilling the upper steering wheel cover for the LED, drilling the metal for the siren in the engine compartment, etc..
