Anyone know how to disable the odometer?
a) unplug the green and blue connectors from the gauge cluster... although the other gauges will be disabled and no dash lights at night
b) it's highly illegal, and the car's computer probably keeps recording the miles, which the dealer will be able to read
c) you come to this site wanting info on HOW TO DISABLE THE ODOMETER?!
screw the clear headlights, intakes, exhaust mods; pay no attention to audio system tweaks or how to install a body kit -- you just wanna know how to DISABLE THE ODOMETER!?! get your priorities straight!

Seriously dude, why would u want to do that? i am sure they can track the miles on the other computer. Will the car even start with the odometer unhooked?
On a somewhat related note, does getting larger rims affect the milage (kilometers for me) on the odometer. I know it affects the velocity. It will take less revolutions of the tire to get wherever you are going.
