DIY: CLEAR HEAD LIGHTS

ok...about a year ago i helped my friend clear his 2k1 civic's headlight, then this year i got a 2k2 civic and I started to clear my headlights, it was soooo much easier then my friends 2k1, like my 2k2 housing opened up like with almost no work, we just basically pulled it open, we used a little bit for a blow dryer and used a screwdriver (flat head) in some places where it was a little tighter, and my friend who helped me to do my headlights just last week helped someone else do another 2k1 civic and he said it took forever...so basically weve noticed that 2k1 headlights had a different glue to hold the headlights...did anyone notice this???

They probably found out many civic drivers were clearing their headlamps and did not want us messing with our cars. or maybe it's something about business? Like it depreciates the Honda resale value or something.... ::uhh:: Either way we still clear them.

Yeah I just helped my bud clear his 2001 Coupe headlights and they had black seal with a torq wrench screw I was all whats this? But he was in a front end accident so they have put 2002 headlights back in there? Yeah torq wrench wasn't a problem actually easier I found.
