Heck no! It's pretty easy...and you dont need an extra person to yank it out from the clips...i did it myself out in my driveway...i went and found my old sleeping bag and rolled it out underneath it so if it dropped it would have a nice cushioned landing

Yeah... so did I. I under-estimate my strength sometimes . I'm sure that the dealer has some. I've just been too lazy to go look for some.
honda dealer sells the clips but they are expensive... as long as you only broke on or something just forget it. I did and it is fine. No need for a jack or a friend, I did it all alone and had no problem. On the sedan a second person helps only when pealing the lights apart. the japanese headlights are a lot harder to do than the US made coupe headlamps
Yeah I did another DIY Headlights the other day and yeah getting it off is easy I had a 2 nd peson this time but I did it on my car all by myself but I had a thick blanket if it decided to fall but no jacks needed. Yeah the headlights is the fun part would hate to see the sedan bet that is tuff.

Exactly how much are those clips? When I put mine back together I could've sworn I had more clips but I couldn't find them and then I looked at my girls new 2k2 EX (str8 stock) and said damn....I was missing two.

I just did it today... I jacked the car up to the lowest setting on the jackstands (about 8") My car is at the stock height and I probably could have done it without the jack, but it made it much easier to see what I was doing. The bumper comes off easily, but I'd recommend you find someone else to help, it's not heavy, but you don't want it falling on the ground... You may also want to cover the floor with something like a blanket just in case it falls. You also don't have to remove the clips that hold on the rubber spoiler on the bottom. That's attached only to the bumper and will come off whole. The 4 pop offs ontop, 6 underneath, 2 phillips head screws underneath and an 8mm bolt in each wheel well, will free the bumper up. then just start rocking it off from the end to the center. It's not hard.
