Help anyone (spring install)

I just read the diy yourself on installing springs on the 7th gen civics. It said to make marks on the front to make sure you keep everything aliagned. Does anyone know how to reallign them if you didn't do this? Big problem!!!

good luck getting it back on... it might throw off the alignment...
did you take off both or still have one on? on the top mount, look at the peice right on top of the rubber. one side of it has a small gap and the other side has a big gap.(sorry i know i'm not explaining it too well). if you have the other strut, see what side the small gap goes on and try to work from there... after you get that the other top peice has an arrow, just match up the arrows. and the 3 bolts only go in one way... sorry its hard to understand but ya the only other option is to play with it, turn it lil by lil till it fits.

You shouldn't have to mark them. They should already be marked. On the strut mount (if I remember correctly) there is a white line. If all else fails put the strut mount in and adjust the strut accordingly. It has been a very long time since I did my springs but they were already marked.

Ok, I got everything installed and the original problem with noise when I turned is gone. The right front side makes too much of a loose noise when I hit the slightest bump. I'm still figuring this is a spring alignment problem so I'm going to try and reset the right one more time. Does anyone know anything about Tech5 springs? I installed them and the look/ride seem pretty good so far.

The ride is great so far. They lowered my sedan 2 inches. It seems pretty even front and back. Maybee I'll get a picture this weekend for you.
