hey my horn just like stoped working can someone tell me how to fix this and if its a fuse could u tell me how to do this with a 99 EX please thank youl.

check your owners manual for the fuse chart, and check the fuse

I never use my horn i just flip people off, but if you need your horn I would check the fuses first.
