Disobedient shift boot

I have replaced the shift **** on my car and was wondering what can be done to keep the factory shift boot from sagging. Does anyone have any ideas on how to make the shift boot stay and make it look like it does with the factory ****?

i think tis has been covered somewhere in the forum.

to help, u might want to stick a grommet or rubber piece to wedge it in place. i did mine by getting a rubber grommet to keep it in place.

Sorry I didn't search first. I did after you said that and found some other forums on this. Anyways, thanks for the info.
