Projector Headlight Alignment

I've had my projectors on for a while now and I can't seem to figure out how to adjust the beams. One points straight but the other points down and its a pain in the a$$ at night. Anybody else come across this problem and find a cure?

i think it has something to do with that one screw ON the FENDER which has a plastic thing around it....i can't explaint it well enough...sorry man....

Loosen all the screws. nevermind, loosen one screw at a time until you figure out which one you want to move(direction). Use a little common sense and you will not have to loosen all the screws.
