try this....it should work

turn your car off...then turn it to the setting right before you turn your car over...the turn it all the way off and back to the setting right before you turn your car over...do this 3 times...as soon as its done press the lock or unlock button...that should program it....if it doesnt work doing it 3 times do it a total of 5 times

if still doesnt work then take it to the dealer

Really programming your keyless entry is really easy. Here's the DIY;

What you need:
2 Live Chickens
Goat's blood
13 Doughnuts
A virgin
A Dilbert doll
A cardboard box marked "This side up. Keep cool."

1. Take the cardboard box and place it in the trunk, wrong side up. (Very important, leave trunk open)
2. Take the virgin and place here in the driver's seat with the Dilbert doll.
3. Paint a circle around the car with the goat's blood.
4. Take the doughnuts and place them on the goat's blood in even intervals.
5. Place the live chickens in the box in the trunk.
6. Run around the car with you keyless entry in hand screaming, "There's no place like home!" Do this for 5 minutes.

AND THE MOST IMPORTANT STEP;
7. Take the car to the dealer because only the dealer can program your keyless entry.

Hey, maybe not. I found this on H and A. This is for the CR-V, but hell, you can try it anyway. Link Here.

see...after looking at the link that daveyD put up....i was right on how you program the keyless entry...yeeeeeeah

but i know this could pose a problem too...say you take it to a shop to get something put on..and they happen to have a honda keyless entry thing...all they have to do is program it in like 1 minute and they can get in your car anytime...

except they wouldn't have both remotes that came with the car. At least one of them (assuming the repgrammed the remote on teh keys you gave them) wouldn't work. I don't know how long it would take you to figure that out if you didn't use the other remote, but...it wouldn't work because it would be erased from memory. Just don't leave your remote with the servicemen, and if you come back and your remote doesn't work, reprogram it and erase their remote from memory
