I think Narflar is joking, a starter motor would overheat and lock up in a minute or so, plus I don't think theres a starter that has more torque than a gas engine. I used to work at a starter alternator shop when I was in high school and sometimes when a car wouldn't start and it had a manual tranny we would use the starter to get it across the parking lot. But even then that starter would be flaming hot after a few seconds.
