lower intake manifold bolts

what is the easiest way to remove on 04 civi ex? blown hg and need tips. 1st honda since 94 accord 10 yrs ago. i feel a lil rusty.

Just take it off with the head.

Im not sure on your car but My had two brackets called stay R and stay L that mount to the manifold that have to be undone from under the car but then the manifold it self will come out with the head
