wipers not working
96 civic hb returned to me, after a 3 days of being stolen from my garage. Only to dis cover that my wipers are not working. It does not appear tobe a fuse. However a friend believes that I am missing a relay which is located under the drivers side dash. Now there seems to be a group of fuses with 3 relays (minus 1 relay). Can anyone please help me which relay operates the wipers. Also what is the part number of said relay. THANKS for any help you can offer...
