Hey wats up every1. i replaced a blown d16z6 from my 95 civic ex with a japanese d15b. i had the stock header on but it was rusted n now cracked. i want to get new set up but do not kno which ones are CA legal and help perform better, im thinking a 4-2-1 set up and i want to keep the cat. so basicaly i have an ex with d15b engine and want a header for it.i know the d16z6 header fits but i just want the best for my buck, what do yall have? thanks

You should probably get a DC Sports header.Not to sure if it's the cheapest on the market,but DC Sports does have many types of header for specific cars.The 4-2-1 header for your car would be around $300 and all DC Sports non racing header are 50 state legal or pending.

Yes it is a direct bolt on.Most header are direct bolt on if not all.I think the stainless steel header cost more.Ceramic coated is around $300,sometimes lower.
