Question Dremel this, Dremel that?

Alright guys and gals I just need a simple answer if possible. So here goes: I'm getting Aftermarket Projector Headlights. I want HID in them. So from what I understand I will need to buy the headlights, buy the HID kit and then find an appropriate Projector that is made for HID bulbs to avoid glare, yes? Then take the headlight and dremel it out so that the new projector can fit in it before hooking it all up? Did I miss anything? Also is it possible to put a whiter bulb into civic fog lights?

Re: Dremel this, Dremel that?

a retrofit is better than just an HID kit because the retrofit will use projector lenses. do the aftermarket projector headlights already have projector lenses in them? you only need to buy separate projector lenses if you are retrofitting them into standard headlight assemblies.
