Angry vetc oil pressure Problem

have vtec pressure switch wire BLK/BLU wired straight up to ECU B9 and grounded at the engine bay. because i could not find the plug that comes from the ECU. so made a custom wire.

but i still have the code for the pressure switch, it reads battery voltage at the ECU B9 terminal if it's useful to you.

what does this mean? how can i fix it? can i jump with the solenoid?

k24a1 engine 02-04 k20a2 wired

thanks
