Pros and cons of different valves?
So I bent some valves (mysteriously) and am looking to upgrade. I discovered that I have dual valve springs and itr valve train parts. But I'm stuck on which valves to use. I found a good deal on some ferrera valves but I was also eye balling some type r, buddy club, supertech, etc valves. I know the ITRs are prolly the lightest but I wanted to get some input from different people and see what others recommended. Please include your set up (cams, red line, springs, engine compression etc) so I can get a feel for whats out there. Thanks guys.

Re: Pros and cons of different valves?
my b18c is a funny story actually. When the car runs again I'll continue that thread. It's been a nightmare man. I called RSP in orlando, they always take care of me and always hook me up for the (relatively) cheap and I get my parts in a day or two. Can't complain.
I got Farrea 5000 series stainless chrome plated flat faced valves and seals. I ordered a spoon head gasket also from spoonsports.us Just waiting on it to all come in. Got a 3 angle valve job on the head and a hot tank and port and polish. I'm going to have to keep my b16 for reasons i will disclose on my GSR build thread. I haven't driven my car in a month man.
