powerbuilt harmonic damper tool

dumb question- I'm in the process of ordering all the parts for a timing belt job. looking a the crankbolt tool, how do i connect a breaker bar to it to wedge against the ground. it just doesn't seem like the square insert would stay attached very well when i start to torque the crank bolt.

I know several have used it here, any issues with it slipping off when torque applied? tool advertises compatible with 92& newer 1.6l. mine is 1.5. will it matter

94 civic dx 1.5l
is the pulley 50 mm? is this the correct tool?

Re: powerbuilt harmonic damper tool

once there is pressure on everything they tend to hold in place and not slip out

and your tool should fit

The breaker bar won't slip out, I did this job about a year ago with the same tool. It will help if you support the other breaker bar (the one on the actual cam shaft bolt) with a jackstand. There is a video of the process on youtube.
